Prices are a guide
Hair length, thickness and condition all change how long a service takes. Your stylist confirms the final price with you before starting — never after.
Patch tests for colour
First time colouring with us? We need a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes two minutes and you can do it on a walk-past.
Running late
Tell us and we will do what we can. More than 15 minutes and we may need to shorten the service so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Cancellations
Please give us four hours’ notice. For bridal and appointments over three hours, we ask for 48 hours.
